You know as much of a mess the recent structur instalment of the MCU nowadays, i agree it can get really worse. Heck, at least with the MCU, there's a slight hope that the franchise can be saved if Feige & Iger get their shit done (Which i'm glad that they did with how Feige admit how they mess up around this past 4 years, and try to make ammends of it). With DCEU however is pretty clear that the franchise need a full om reebot rather than a sof-reebot like the one James Gun prefered

It's funny how much people are gushing over the animation, given that in the original series, the animation was one of its *weakest* aspects. It still had utterly fantastic writing for being a predominately episodic series (save for its first season), but its fights were hampered by its lack of budget. I'm glad that its continuation went above and beyond, and gave us not even the kind of animation the original series deserved, but some of the best I've seen in Western animation, period. Something else I love is how the series keeps the same tone as the original series, but is notably darker and more mature than the original. There's the occasional use of vulgarity without it being jarring, people actually shown drinking, Wolverine being able to use his claws on something other than the typical Sentinels, *blood…* it's basically how I'd imagine a sequel series should be, with an audience that is now much older.

One really personal and random thing I wish is that they just respect the linneage of heroes. DC has A LOT of people who dawn the same mantle, and I think it would be best for all fans if everybody gets to appear, even if they aren't as important

i think Emma Frost may join the team. this will be also be a great time to introduce Shadowcat and Sage, and even Domino. other characters who have already been introduced include Iceman, Havok, Polaris, Colossus, Psylocke, Wolfsbane, and Multiple Man.

i HATE time travel, and traveling to other dimensions and s**t, but x-men '97 seems to be doing it the right way.

My overall take of the show: put some respect on my X-Men. Very proud of the show.

My, how far the mighty have fallen. It’s hard to believe I was actually excited about this show at one time. The Flash was never what you would call _great_ television, but it’s premiere was fun, quirky, and adding a genuine mystery to the plot for someone like me who knew nothing about the Flash’s backstory was an effective way of grabbing my attention. It was frustrating watching the tonal shift of the show from fun to super serious starting in season 2 to it starting to go off the rails in season 4. I stopped watching regularly after season 3 and gave up on it entirely after season 4. By this point, The Flash was no longer the show that I had started watching. While I haven’t seen the later seasons, from what this video describes this show’s narrative nosedive is kinda what I expected to happen. The Flash devolved into a prime example of happens when the show runners become apathetic. Hard to believe this show started out with the writers and producers who actually cared about the story and characters. Really sad.

It's absolutely depressing that in both realities we will never see the Thunderbolts real origin played out in live action. Why skip over the best part of the story just so we can have Marvel's Suicide Squad?
